Nutrition Consultations

Just looking for a kickstart to get going? Our single consultations are a great option.

Options Include:

  • Initial Consultation: A 60-minute call with a Registered Dietitian to create a successful plan to achieve your goals.

  • Follow-Up Consultations: 30-minute meetings to check in and see if adjustments need to be made.

Personal Training

Adjusting your nutrition works best with moving your body. Now you can work with highly-qualified personal trainers and performance coaches right through DexaFit.

Packages available to meet your schedule and goals:

  • 4 sessions: Sessions once a week for the busy gym-goer

  • 8 sessions: Two sessions a week for dialed-in progress
