Nutrition Consultations

Initial Consultation: A 60-minute call with a Registered Dietitian to create a successful plan to achieve your goals.
Follow-Up Consultations: 30-minute meetings to check in and see if adjustments need to be made.
Personal Training
Adjusting your nutrition works best with moving your body. Now you can work with highly-qualified personal trainers and performance coaches right through DexaFit.

4 sessions: Sessions once a week for the busy gym-goer

Patryk is one of the most experienced and certified trainers and dieticians Madison has to offer. He is a Registered Dietitian specializing in body composition, performance nutrition, and sustainable fat loss.
His experience ranges from high-performance athletes including the UW-Madison volleyball team to strong man competitors to the everyday gymgoer.

You’ll have an initial 60-minute consultation to create the program blueprint. You’ll have two 30-minute follow-up to take you through the following months.
You’ll have access to Patryk to ask questions as well. Modifications to nutrition plan will be made during scheduled consults.

Nutrition and macros will be monitored through the Cronometer app.
Clients are provided with a pro version of the app for the time in their program.

Yes. What gets measured gets improved. You won’t need to track forever, but we will need to track your food intake to get the best results possible.

We will create a custom meal template that’s flexible rather than a hyper-specific meal plan. From almost a decade of experience, meal plans fail a vast majority of the time since they don’t account for daily obstacles.
