Jessica Kuchnia

Owner, RDN

Born and raised in the Twin Cities, Jessica earned her degree in Nutrition & Dietetics from the University of Minnesota in 2012 and completed her internship in Medical Nutrition Therapy.

Her background spans both clinical and community nutrition, giving her a well-rounded perspective on what it actually takes for people to improve their health in the real world.

Outside of work, Jessica is a proud mom of two toddlers, and that role only deepens her drive to help individuals and families build the strong, healthy foundations they need to thrive for years to come.

Adam Kuchnia

Owner, PhD, RDN

Adam is a PhD in Nutrition, Associate Professor at the UW–Madison, and affiliate faculty in the UW School of Medicine and Public Health’s Department of Radiology. He leads a research lab focused on protein and muscle metabolism, particularly in older adults and those facing serious illness.

His dual expertise across both Nutritional Sciences and Radiology makes him a uniquely cross-disciplinary voice in the field of muscle health research.

Noah Heim

Health & Fitness Manager

While earning his degree in exercise science and sports psychology, Noah played division one college soccer at both Marquette University and Southern Illinois University - Edwardsville.

Passionate about performance, he has worked in college weight rooms and now works with athletes to level up their performance.

Alex Wank

Health & Fitness Specialist

Alex earned his B.S. in nutritional science from UW-Madison and is currently working on his masters.

He has a passion for objective, evidence-based health in an age often driven by misleading marketing and misinformation.

Sarah McGovern

Health & Fitness Specialist

Sarah earned her B.S. in Nutritional Sciences and Dietetics from UW-Madison and is currently working towards her masters in Clinical Nutrition with the goal of becoming a registered dietician.

She is passionate about using evidence-based practice to guide others in building sustainable nutrition and exercise habits that actually work for them and their goals.

Miguel Abrajan Gonzalez

Health & Fitness Specialist

Miguel earned his B.S. in Kinesiology at UW-Madison and is planning on pursuing his doctorate in Physical Therapy. 

He is very passionate about injury rehabilitation in working-class individuals by getting people back to where they were pre-injury or better, and cardiopulmonary physiology.
